Postage

Twelve8 Digital T/A PaktoEarth ships domestically using Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Star Track & Sendle for all deliveries. We want our product to reach you as quickly as possible wherever you may be located.

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery within Australia takes between 2-7 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. Should you have any questions relating to the progress of your order please contact us at sales@paktoearth.com.au.

Return Policy

If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us at sales@paktoearth.com.au within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on sales@paktoearth.com.au so we can exchange or refund accordingly.

In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, PaktoEarth will replace the product at no additional cost.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered.
